I happened to find Curtis, the owner of the business, through YELP. I needed someone to fix a component on my board for my dash of my motorcycle, as the component had fallen off. Curtis had immediately answered the phone and I was able to drive over there that day (it was a Saturday) and drop it off. He was very professional and up front on the cost. He called me a day or two later to let me know that he couldn't get the component reattached to the board so he had to do hours of research to figure out the part number and then order it from across the country. As soon as he got the piece in, he notified me and kept me updated on how it was going. I was able to pick it up a few weeks later as he was able to get it attached!

Unfortunately, due to me getting sick, I haven't been able to fully test it, but I was able to install the board back into my dash and when I turned the key, the dash and the electronics all came on so that's a great sign! He called me a few days after I picked it up to see how it went!

He was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has motherboard, computer, IT issues! And he had cleaned the entire board (cause water was getting into the case and drying on it) and told me how to keep it water tight for next time!

Knows his stuff! Needed help with my laptop and he was honest, thorough and kind. Very affordable and quick turnaround. Will use his services again. Thanks!

My desktop computer stop working because of a broken on-off button, if you can believe it.
Paktc was able to fix it, and so far it works fine.

Took some sleuthing and fine tuning, but it worked out just fine. Creative problem solving, and he cleaned out 7 years of dirt and cat hair, too!

Curtis, the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I will be using his services in the future as needed. I highly recommend this company, especially since he has been in business for over 35 years!
